You will be simply amazed when you'll read about all the Kombucha Health Benefits. Since there are so many I would think that you can cure anything with it, which is actually pretty close to the truth.

Kombucha tea is not a cure - it actually 'synhronizes' your body, which makes it possible for your body to start healing itself - which is why there are so many health benefits of Kombucha Tea.

Kombucha tea is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast. Although it's sometimes referred to as kombucha mushroom tea, kombucha is not a mushroom — it's a colony of bacteria and yeast. Kombucha tea is made by adding the colony to sugar and tea, and allowing the mix to ferment. The resulting liquid contains vinegar, B vitamins and a number of other chemical compounds.

First of all let me tell you that this 'Mushroom' Tea tastes just amazing. Its fizzy carbonation is really refreshing and makes you feel good. Also you can flavor your drink (tea) just the way you want it - we'll talk about this a bit later.

So, if you follow all the instructions of how to prepare your drink, there is nothing to be affraid of! I am drinking it 3 times a day (before breakfast, after lunch, and before dinner) and I can honestly tell you that I fell great. It is like drinking coffee, but much better. Kombucha actually reduces your blood pressure while coffee increases it. Also I don't feel really good after drinking coffe - I get all sweaty, my heart starts beating fast and I can actually feel my blood pressure rising.
